Erin & Eric // Castle Hill, Rhode Island

" So, we met on Tinder. Eric took me on one of the best first dates. Lunch and then shooting at a gun range. I knew when he left my apartment the night of our first date, that he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. A few days after our first date, Eric left for two weeks of training for the coast guard. We talked every single day up until the day he came home. A few months later we took a trip to Boston for the weekend. This is where he told me he loved me and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me."

Erin and I planned their engagement shoot twice, but due to the weather and living in New England, we had to cancel. Fortunately, we picked a day and it turned out to be more than perfect. I met Erin and Eric at Eric's coast guard house in Newport. We jumped in an ATV golf cart and took off to the Castle Hill Lighthouse. We started their engagement shoot in the lighthouse and ended along the beach! Erin and Eric were such a pleasure to work with - I can't wait to photograph their wedding day!

“There is nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline no matter how many times it’s sent away.”
